We ship worldwide! Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Orders to NZ/AU are usually faster (5–10 days). All orders include tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $4.99 USD.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Yes! All our jewellery is nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it safe for sensitive skin. Our gold pieces are 18k gold-plated and our silver pieces are 925 sterling silver or high-quality stainless steel.

Many of our products come in beautiful packaging that's already gift-ready! For specific gift wrapping requests, add a note at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to follow your package in real time. If you have any issues, email us and we'll help!
